Tilman Rossmy was born in Essen (Germany) to a chemist (father) and a teacher (mother). His first band Die Regierung, was a one-man project and started in 1982. The first demo-tapes were simply made with a rhythm machine and a synthesizer, but received positive mentioning in the British Melody maker. With „Supermüll“, „So allein“, „Loswerden“ and „Unten“, Der Regierung made notable contibutions to the German language music history. Read more on Last.fm
