There are at least two artists that use the name Manuella:

1) Manuela Brečko, better known by her stage names ManuElla or Manu (born 31 January 1989 in Celje, Slovenia) is a Slovenian singer. She represented her country at the Eurovision Song Contest 2016.

2) Manuela Manca (aka Manuella; born in Budoni, Italy) is an Italian contemporary pop singer/songwriter. Since childhood, she nurtures a real passion for music and art. On July 31st 2019 she releases 'Ho smesso'. Read more on Last.fm
