Samajona was a German girl which achieved moderate success in early 2000s and released two albums before they split in 2004. The band was originally centered around Sabrina Ziegler, the daughter of the former member of popular east German band Wir and later solo artist, Wolfgang Ziegler.

Ziegler shared the vocal duties with Marleen Heitzmann, while the two remaining band members were in and out on revolving door basis, mostly singing backing vocals and dancing. Read more on Last.fm
