This project was founded in 1993 as a colaboration of the former cult-project Ars Moriendi by Phillip Münch (Synapscape) and Andreas Schramm (Asche). The aim is very dense, ritual-ambient sounds. In 1995 Andrea Börner (Morgenstern) joined this project. They made several interesting live-performances all over Germany. Actually Templegarden's is organized as a loose collective with several friends (among whom are Leigh Hunt and Raison d'Etre), so the sound-variety has become enormous; but always in the mystic ritual sector.
